Nurture Guard is fully committed to your customer service needs. In the event you are not satisfied with a purchase from Nurture Guard, we are happy to refund your full product amount if requested within 15 days of receiving your order. The following restrictions may apply.

1. Product(s) in dispute must be in brand new condition: Never used, washed, or dried.
2. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping on the returned product(s).
3. Follow the return instructions exactly if the refund request is granted.
4. All return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of the date of delivery.
